Roadside Assistance Program is part of the YAMAHA Shield Program. It is there to help you in case of a flat tire, dead battery or engine breakdown. We’ll also provide you with fuel if your Yamaha runs out of it (additional charges for the same). Please contact your nearest Yamaha Dealership for availability of Roadside Assistance Program in your city and enrollment information.

ASSISTANCE POLICY
Covered Period & Distance
Cover period is one year form date of RSA sale & covered distance up to maximum of 50 KMs (for 2 wheelers up to 250 CC) and 300 Kms (For more than 250 CC bikes). The Distance is measured from the breakdown location of the Vehicle to the nearest Authorized TVS Service Centre.

022-67347489 for all TVS Two Wheelers up to 250 CC category and
022-67347490 for TVS Big Bikes (all bikes above 250 CC).
Cooling off Period
If RSA is purchased after new vehicle delivery, there would be a cooling-off period of 7 days i.e. RSA facilities can be availed only after 7 days of RSA policy purchased. For RSA policy taken along with the new vehicles, there is no cooling-off period.
